Knockout Fitness™
My Knockout Fitness™ sessions are a high-energy fitness workout inspired by boxing training techniques. They combine aerobic and anaerobic exercises with boxing movements such as punching, footwork and defensive drills, all in a non-contact setting.
Knockout Fitness™ is a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination and agility while also serving as an excellent stress reliever. Suitable for all fitness levels, my sessions provide a fun and engaging way to get fit while learning fundamental boxing skills in a supportive environment.
This is the hardest workout I've ever done. The warm up, the footwork, the boxing and the circuit after had me completely destroyed. 10/10
